Shipping policy
At AIRI, every order is carefully prepared and handled with attention to detail.
Ready-to-Ship Orders
Ready-to-ship items will be carefully packed and dispatched once payment has been successfully confirmed.
Orders confirmed before 12:00 PM will be processed within the day.
We dispatch orders Monday through Sunday, excluding courier service holidays.
Pre-Order & Made-to-Measure
Pre-order and Made-to-Measure pieces require approximately 7–10 days for production and dispatch.
As each piece is prepared with care, production time may vary depending on the tailoring schedule at the time of order.

Standard Delivery
All standard orders are shipped via Thailand Post EMS (No additional shipping charge)
Estimated delivery after dispatch:
- Bangkok and nearby areas : approximately 1–2 business days
- Other provinces : approximately 1–3 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination area and the courier's local delivery schedule
Express Messenger Delivery
For customers who require urgent delivery (Messenger delivery) may be arranged upon request. Please contact us via LINE: @airibrand for availability.
**Messenger fees will be calculated based on the actual delivery distance**
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, a Tracking Number will be provided via email or through your AIRI member account, allowing you to follow the status of your delivery.
